How to Remove '(Unites States) ' from Language DropDownList
Modified By Tigris7 on 7/17/2008 6:02:18 PM)

I wish to remove the parentheses parts form the language dropdownlist. I did so in App_GlobalResources\Locales and Install\App_LocalResources\Locales but they still appear in the DDL. Any suggestions? I looked in the database but can't find anything. I am running DDN 4.5.3. Thanks is advance for any help at all.

the default language selector does not offer the option to remove the country from language name, there is an enhanced language selector from www.apollo-software.nl available at Snowcovered.

Re: How to Remove '(Unites States) ' from Language DropDownList

Thanks for your response. I have a hard time believing that it can't be edited, because I know that these DDL list items are pulled/created somewhere. I do respect your level of knowledge though, so I'll take your word for it.
