How to upload English (Canada)

I've created an en-CA language pack. Actually, I copied the en-UK language pack and edited all the file names as well as the manifest file (XML). Is there anything else that needs to be changed? I thought you might know Vincenc, since you uploaded the en-GB I copied.

I was going to upload the zip, but there's no category for en-CA. What now?

Any word on this?  I am very interested.

Cheers
