problem with announcement module 

Hello I am a new dotnetnuke user and I have some problems with announcement module

when i try to make my default language Turkish from the language list, announcements in the announcement module are showing [TITLE]-[PUBLISHDATE] and [DESCRIPTION] instead of the informations i put in the announcements. It is working in english but not in the turkish  Please help me my friends

By the way I saw this problem versions 4.3.5 and 4.3.4 Turkish Announcement module didnot work in Both of them

apart from that, this is a known issue.. as of yet i have no idea where or how to fix it.... (gemini issue: http://support.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?p=8&i=3619)
