I think in the languageverifier.vb in on click event handler first must be check that the file structure is valid and it has no 0 size

in both dnn3.3.7 and 4.3.7 this must corrected

DNN3 is already in sunset period, but I agree for an improvement in a future DNN4 version. Please log this into the public isue tracker at Support.DotNetNuke.com.
