Question about language pack 

I have installed the swedish language pack.

Why do I still see english text like "Read more ..." ?

Henlon,

Did you set your portal's default language to swedish?

If yes, then it looks like the "Read More..." text was not localized.
Please tell us on which module you see this so that whoever is in charge of that module can fix it.

It could also be that your swedish language pack is missing that localization key - therefore it reverts to the default english text.
You should be able to run the resource file verifier to check your localization files (under languages)

The default settings is set to swedish.

To be shure I have disabled the english language pack but it made no difference.
The swedish day names are also missing.

All texts in administration forms are in english. I cannot see any swedish translations at all.

Please notice that it is different installing a language pack (downloaded from Languages section) and just adding a new language (on the Host > Languages menu). The former will install all translated resources and the other option just registers a new language so you can start translating it.

If you correctly uploaded a new language, make sure it is configured as the preferred language for the current user, since this is the top preference dnn will use.
