Localizing membership message 

Hi,

I can't seem to find the key to translate the membership message that appears on the register screen (*Note: membership of this portal is private etc).  I do have the text translated in Register.ascx.resx, keys: PrivateMembership, PublicMembership etc - but these keys are clearly not being used.

Anybody have an idea?  I am using 4.3.1

generally, have a look into GlobalLocalization.resx and SharedLocalization.resx as well
