Adding/removing languages problem under source control 

A problem you may not be aware of. If the files in the portal are set to read-only (as they are when under control of Team Foundation Server) upload of a language pack will fail. Module uploads and so on will ignore this, but language pack upload is derailed. Also some problems with setting the current language occur with the read-only attribute on. It may be beneficial to add some code to force file system to accept changes if the permissions are sufficient.
