Thank Nicholas, how about DNN 3? Where can I disable browser language detection?

For DNN 3, you should us "Admin->Site Settings->Advanced Settings->Other Settings->Default language"

Can't. If the language of brower is English and default language of my site is Ger, so the result: the language of my site is still English. Another suggestion?

You need to run at least DNN 4.5.5 for that (from memory, might be DNN 4.6.2 too though)

No other options than to upgrade i am affraid.  Check my blogpost about upgrading from DNN 3.2.2 if you want to upgrade your site
