2 problems :) 
Problem 1:

i have a portal in 2 languages, when i search in english it works fine, when i make a search in a different language (non latin characters) i get an error page saying:

The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /SearchResults.aspx

the string looks like this: /SearchResults.aspx?Search=%d0%97%d0%90%d0%9e

anyone has an idea how to fix it?

P.S. i am using friendly urls hack by scott macculloch and also locopons localizer could this be the issue?

Problem 2:

i log in as host and when i choose non english locale and cant see the edit icon, only in admin pages... is there an explanation for this?
