Sometimes you need refresh the page to get a correct encoding 

This is an old issue with DNN.

Sometimes (once every 100 requests or so), an homepage has improper encoding, just like if there was a wrong iso / utf encoding in the web.config.

When you refresh the page, it reloads correctly

This seems to happen once a while, with every portals. 

Is there a solution or a workaround to this problem ?
