Hi Philip, I have to report you that problem still exist on 4.3.4 (fresh instalation) and your code still fix this problem. But it seemed is not oncluded in Help version 2.0.4.

YesI am aware of that.  4.3.4 did not inclde any updates to modules as it was a core stability release.  The modules are al separate from teh core now so just because a newcore is released doesnt mean the modules get rereleased.  The new Help module is going through QA and will be available soon.

This issue happened again in my help module 3.0.1...I had run the script already..
