Error adding tutorial - Please select a category for this tutorial 

I performed a new install of  DNN 04.08.02.

Then I installed the Help module.

Then I tried to add a tutorial, and I get the message "Please select a category for this tutorial"

I don't see any categories in the Help module settings, and I dont see any set category option either. 

This is a fresh install on my local machine.
