Glad you got it working.  We are updating the help for the module.

No idea why you're getting the duplicate files.

The problem is not duplicated files only, main problem is that import doesn't works:

When I am trying to import exported tutorials / categories, nothing happens. I removed all categories / turorials from help module, but import still doesn't works, it just shows home page without any error or success messages and no changes applied to help module. I checked XML file and it looks fine (I see all my categories / tutorials there).

Do you have any idea why it happens?

Try adding a debug point in the code of the import and see whats happening.

Re: How to Import \ Export Data in Help Module - IPortable?

It was a problem with Category.Deleted field. During import "Deleted" field is not getting updated.

So, if you have few deleted categories in database and trying to import tutorials to those categories, you'll see no results, because imported tutorials will be under "Deleted" categories, even if in XML file for import you have <Deleted>False</Deleted> for imported turorials categories.
