Giving the Help module some new fields 

We would like to use the Help module as a knowledge base (though I guess that’s what it already is.)  Three text fields that we would like to add to each tutorial are,

  • Time/Date last revised
  • Who the author of the last revision was
  • Who approved the revision.

In other words, when a tutorial is made or edited, those three fields can be filled out too.  It doesn’t need to auto populate, just be available to enter the text into.  Can I add these fields somehow on my own?
