Re: Problems with help module

Hi

I did exactly that, still no progress.

Is there some other configuration that should be done in the site or in the module in order to view the tree? (I have a feeling that the source of the problem is some small forgottedn configuration definition).

Re: Problems with help module
If you apply the DNN Blue Vertical menu Skin can you see the tree then?  I use the same tree.

yairt, could you please post a screen capture ?? I am not sure that I have understood your problem.
I also have a recent problem, when I delete the module and re-create one in another page, I lost everything. Excepted when I do a search, I find again my old tutorial... Strange. Maybe it is the same than you, but I do not explain it the same way ?? Please post a screen capture to see what you mean.

Re: Problems with help module

Hi

Firstly - Thanks for your efforts.

I tried to apply the menu skin to DNN-blue vertical as offered (until now I used the horizontal menu) and I've encountered something strange - the menu simply doesn't appear and all I can see is an object with the words "Site navigation"  written on it without any ability to navigate between the pages!!!

This phenomenon increases my suspicion that there is some configuration problem in my site, I've noticed that the vertical menu is also some kind of a tree control?!

Do you have any idea of how to fix that thing?!

Re: Problems with help module
You definitely have an issue with the DNN Tree not Help.  Try getting a copy of your site and running it locally.  If you get the same issue then replace the DotNetNuke.WebControls.dll.
