module that pushes and pulls data from Active Directory

We've just recently setup DotNetNuke as the foundation of our Intranet.  We are looking to integrate AD as our source of authentication.    One request is to not only authenticate users from AD, but also allow users to update their profiles and push that data back into AD...address, phone, surname changes, etc.  We''ve pulled data from AD, but haven't ever pushed data back into AD.  So, first question, is that possible?  If so, is there a module that integrates with DNN that will accomplish this?

Also, we were interested in dynamically generating company organizational charts based on AD?  Is there a tool that can do this as well.  A VP at our company mentioned Oblix, which was bought by oracle, but we are a microsoft shop and were concerned about integration into our environment and not even sure this would work with DNN.

The basic idea is to authenticate users from Acitive Directory and expose certain features based on role (company hierarchy).  Allow the user to update their AD profiles.  Generate dynamic organizational charts and show user availability that pulls from Outlook calendars.

Is there a module that can accomplish this?  I hope this is the correct place to post this.  If not, please let me know.

Thanks for any help.
