After playing with some settings, I have had relative success with the Active Directory module using impersonation and not having to specify credentials in the web.config file if I disable Windows Authentication by unchecking it in IIS and using instead Basic authentication.  Other than the annoying challenge\response window everything seems to work perfectly.  Ultimately I would like to get this working via Windows Authentication, any ideas are appreciated?
