Connecting to active diectory /dns server

I have a win 2003 server (server 1) that is running my dns and active directory. This server is also running a file server and users can authenticate using the usernames and passes in AD.

The problem i am having is I have setup a second win 2003 server (server 2) that is going to be a file server also. I have added server 1 to my DNS and added the domain under computer name. I can log into mydomain.com.  I have setup IIS for the FTP and anonymous loging works fine. I want to remove anonymous login so i would use AD from server 1 for authentication.

So inside of IIS i go to FTP and right click and choose permissions. then location but the only option i have is the local computer. I do not have mydomain.com

I think if i could change the location to mydomain.com i could choose mydomain.com\users  and i would be also to authenticate through the AD.

How do i get mydomain.com to show up under the locations tab?

I hope this explain everything well enough.

Camper
