ERROR WITH THE WHOLE GALLERY

It was installed ok, I put the module in the page, it shows up, now I cant do anything with it... it is empty as it is and if i click on anything like add album,photo it throws this error notice:

The resource cannot be found.

My oh my...  Another person asking the same question that has been answered multiple times on the forums...  I really wish I had admin access to the Gallery Project so that I could update the FAQ page (which I originally wrote).
