Error while clicking "Add File" in Gallery Module 

Halo guys,

I get the following error, when i click the "Add File" in Gallery Module.

Kindly help me in resolving this error.

this issue is handled serveral times in this forum.  Disable FriendlyUrls in the Host Settings.
