GalleryGraphics integration in core FileSystemUtiliy 
Hi Chris an Tam,
I usually provide my modules with controls that automatically resize the images uploaded by users.
For this purpose i use the same utility in your GalleryGraphics module, ( ResizeImage etc).
Now after i upgrade dnn to 3.3.1, due dnn fileSystem modifications, i must to revisit a lot of code.
I guess that integrate some basic graphics utility into FileSystemUtiliy should be useful for all module developers and for Module Gallery too.

What do you think about that?
