An error has occurred.Error: Module is currently unavailable. in module settings page  

I'm running DNN 4.3.7

I got the following error in all module setting page when I try to go to the module settings page !

An error has occurred.
Error: Module is currently unavailable.

Check the EventViewer under Admin->Eventviewer. A more detailed error message should show up there.

No eventviewer menu in admin, i am use DNN 4.37

It might be listed as Log Viewer in 4.37. I don't have a 4.37 copy around but there's been a viewer of some sort for as long as I can remember.
