Deleting a child blog deletes parent?

One of our users created a child blog and gave it the same name as parent (should not be allowed!). When the child was deleted (add/edit/remove area), the entries were lost.

I can't verify if the user entered the entries as parent or child (after all, they both had the same name :-)). I logged as the user and re-entered them from a text file. Now, I see the old titles, the old entry texts and the summary strings (which I created, probably there were no summaries before). The entries also appeared in reverse order except one (which was entered on a different day originally).

We are using 03.03.01 on DNN 04.06.02, sql 2000 and .net 2.0.50727.823

Any ideas? Similar behaviour? workaround?
