Re: the blog version used in www.mitchelsellers.com site?

Hi Rodney.  Thanks for your active involvement in the DNN community.

I just wanted to clarify that the blog module currently does support multiple blogs for multiple authors.  What it doesn't support (currently) is multiple authors for a single blog.  So, if you were going to create a social networking portal and you wanted to provision a blog for each of your users as their account was created, this is possible with the blog module.  Not automatically.  You would have to write some custom code just as you would to provision a News Articles blog for each new user to your site, but it can be done.

Thanks for the update, Don. I cannot wait for the next version.  I am not running the most current one, as it breaks a lot of existing use cases I have, but I really am interested in seeing the finished blog module after keeping up with the "blog" about the "blog module".

Thanks Don, I wanted a single feed from multiple authors. I also wanted to integrate it with my UserProfile module so I needed templating on all views. This is what I wanted to achieve - I used News Article for my poker blog feed and here is a detailed poker blog post example. I think a lot of the core modules could benefit from more templating options.

Thanks,
Rodney
