Syndication fields in DB

Looking in the 'Blog_Blogs' table I see there are two columns headed and 'SyndicateIndependant' (currently = 'False') and 'SyndicationURL' (currently empty). What is the purpose of these fields and where can they be changed via the DNN web interface? 

I was hoping to change the URL that my blog's RSS icon links to to a feedburner URL. Can these fields help me towards this?
