Block module: inconsistent container skin 

In a normal page, it is possible to have different style for the first row and the second row in a container. The title of a module (the TD of the first row) can have a different background color than that of the body (the TD of the second row). This is because the first TD has a class attribute whereas the second TD does not. For example, when using the DNN-Gray skin, the first TD will be assigned a class "containerrow1_gray", whereas the second TD has no class.

In the Blog module, the TD's of both the first and second row of the container are assigned the same class "containerrow2_blue". Is there a way to assign different style to these two TD's?
