Re: DNN Blog and Metaweblog API

Is this api going to be a part of the core blog project?

Re: DNN Blog and Metaweblog API

I would think that it should be.  You shouldn't have to use an add-on to get functionality that is basic to all blogging software.

Re: DNN Blog and Metaweblog API

OK - I'm feel like I've been living under a rock or something... sorry if this is a silly question but... are you saying the Metaweblog API is now supported? OR - if not, is there a target date? It would be ideal if this is native to the Blog modules. I've used LiveWriter since shortly after it was released. If I could use that for my blogs that are on DNN, I would be *REALLY* stoked!

thanks!

-Jeff

Re: DNN Blog and Metaweblog API

Jeff,

well this is your day. You will be able to use Live Writer in the next release. We plan to roll that out in the next couple of weeks after all testing is completed.

Hang in there.
