What am I doing wrong - bloggers can not upload photo's?

Hi, Okay I have a blog set up at http:\\kurzhaar.us.  I have created a role I called "bloggers" to assign to users that want to blog.  I have given my blogger role edit permission on the "menu" & "entry"  modules.

When I log in as my test user and try to upload a photo in its blog I get the error "Your permissions do not allow you do upload images"; Just as if I try to add a photo on this forum.

I am using the latest version of NewBlog, I plan to upgrade soon but would like to get this resolved first.

Thanks,
Bill

Re: What am I doing wrong - bloggers can not upload photo's?

Bill,

the first question is ´how do you try to upload a picture?

Using the image gallery of FTB

or

The build in upload feature of the blog module (must be enabled in module option)

If you are using the image gallery you must setup the permission for your blogger group in the file manager.

Regards

HP

Thanks!  I am pretty new to DNN and that piece of information pointed me in the right direction.

Thanks again,
Bill
