Following my recent problems, I would like to inform people to avoid using these compression settings:

AVOID USING THESE SETTINGS above. I have recently experienced many problems with them (difficulty to insert images, problems with Ventrian News Articles, etc...).
Just leave the compression settings with their default values.

PS: This should be reported to the core team for a future modification, as this problem arise on 4.5.0 & 4.5.1 (fresh or upgraded version).
