Re: reset skin
This is an interesting question that I would like some more help on.

I wanted to uninstall a skin from the Host->Skins page. Let's call this skin "Blue." But DNN tells me that Blue cannot be deleted because it's in use. OK. So I change the default skin to, say, "Red," but DNN is still telling me that Blue can't be deleted because it's in use. So I go through every page replacing the non-default Blue containers, which are still there, to Red containers. But DNN is *still* telling me that "Blue" is in use and can't be deleted. So how *does* one uninstall a skin in this situation?

A little more context: In my case, I wanted to upgrade from Blue v. 2 to the newly released Blue v. 3. I assumed it would overwrite the host-based v.2 skin, but it doesn't; it installs as a portal-based skin. So now I have Blue 2 host and Blue 3 portal. But I can't uninstall Blue 2 because DNN says I'm still using it, when I'm not, or at least, can't see where any component is in use on the site. Any suggestions?

Re: reset skin

Using this feature i set the defualt skin set in Host Setting.

I've found 2 problems on DNN 3.3.7

1. i've many skin for a portal and i need to reset al page to one of this skin, not host default skin!

2. reset to host default skin does'nt work right, some pages stay with same skin

are this problems in my dnn or are bugs ?

Re: reset skin
you might have modified skin layout at page level. With this way i guess you have to edit page settings for unchanged skin and select "Not Selected" or empty.
