AD User Manager

As stated in another post, I have a module which makes use of AD for managing users, roles, and has an extention to apply sets of roles to pages.  If there is some interrest in my making this available, I will clean up the code and make it available to the DNN AD users community.

Features:
Uses AJAX to communicate - no postback

With some modifications to the AD core, I have this also looking up users by full name and employeeID.

Allows page admins to add people and manage users in roles which have access to the page(s) they are managing.  Which roles display is selectable by rule in the module settings.

Re: AD User Manager

John -

Not sure if you have had any comments on this but I would be interested in this module if you have it available.

Re: AD User Manager

Let me get the code ready for public viewing and I will post it (and find the missing screen shot from my original post).  It will try to do so sometime this next week.

Re: AD User Manager

I hope to have the module ready by the end of the week but I need to make some changes first.  I have made some changes to the ADSI provider which allows users to be searched for by username, Full Name, or EmployeeID.  The released version of the ADSI provider will only support a search by username.  I've got to update my code so that it won't break if someone else tries to search by these items.  I've got a feature request submitted to the bug tracker asking that my modifications be included in the supported code, so these searches may one day be available to everyone.
