Has anyone made a successful install of the Gallery module on either and upgrade or new installation of DNN 3.1.0?

This was an upgrade from 3.0.13 to 3.1.0. Network Service has full control of the directory, no object qualifier is being used.

I also tried this on a new intallation of 3.1.0, same results.

Any ideas?
