Navin Nagiah

President and CEO

Navin is a senior business executive with extensive marketing, strategy, and operational experience in high-technology enterprises in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining DotNetNuke Corp., Navin served as President and CEO of CIGNEX, an open source ECM company, and was the founder, president, and CEO of Xisource, a San Francisco-based enterprise software company with offices in London and Mumbai. Before Xisource, he was one of the founding employees of Internet Securities Inc., where he set up the company’s operations in India, China, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia, and was the managing director for Asia at the time of the company's $60 million merger with Euromoney (LSE Symbol: ERM). Navin also has extensive experience as a board member/advisor of pre-IPO companies and holds a Master's degree in electrical engineering from Kansas State University.

Shaun Walker

Co-Founder and CTO

Shaun (Microsoft MVP, ASPInsider) has 18 years professional experience in architecting and implementing large scale software solutions for private and public organizations. Shaun is the original creator of DotNetNuke, a Web Content Management System for ASP.NET which has spawned the largest and most successful Open Source community project native to the Microsoft platform. Based on his significant community contributions he has been recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) since 2004 and an ASPInsider since 2005. He is a frequent speaker at User Groups and Conferences and is a contributing author to a number of books, including the Professional DotNetNuke 5 title from WROX Press. He also served as a founding Director for the Codeplex Foundation, a non-profit open source foundation created by Microsoft in 2009.

Mitch Bishop

Chief Marketing Officer

As CMO, Mitch is in charge of global marketing strategy and execution at DNN, along with the online store, training, community relations and training. Prior to DNN, Mitch spent 7 years as the CMO for iRise, the world’s leading software visualization company, where he helped grow revenue and the customer base more than tenfold. He has many years of marketing and sales experience building successful software businesses at Scopus, Sybase, Wind River Systems and Ingres. Mitch holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut. He also has a long history in motor sports and sits on the governing council of the non-profit International Motor Racing Research Center (IMRRC) based in Watkins Glen, NY.

Bob Cortale

Senior Vice President of Sales

Bob brings more than 20 years of operational sales experience in multiple continents around the world. Prior to joining DotNetNuke Corp., Bob was Vice President of Sales at VeriSign, a provider of Internet infrastructure services, where he managed a sales team of more than 120 representatives in seven offices across four continents in the company’s Business Authentication division. Before VeriSign, Bob was Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing in the Consumer Products Division of InfoUSA, a provider of end-to-end marketing solutions for small-and medium-size businesses. Bob also held multiple sales and executive management positions at Caere Corporation, a leader in the design, production, and distribution of optical character recognition-based information management hardware and software products.

Bob Kruger

Senior Vice President of Engineering

A seasoned engineering executive with more than 34 years of computing industry experience, Mr. Kruger joined DotNetNuke after a successful tenure at data management start-up SmApper Technologies. Mr. Kruger’s background covers a diverse range of technologies, from distributed computing, to systems management, to archiving and data protection, networking, security, and virtualization. After an almost 11-year stint at Microsoft Corp., Mr. Kruger held executive-level engineering and technology roles at Mimosa Systems, Mendocino Software, Citrix Systems and BMC Software. In these roles, Mr. Kruger drove the creation of highly effective multi-geographic engineering and research, in addition to the creation of new, diverse and valuable product lines. He was also a major contributor and technical reviewer for Bill Gates' second book, Business @ the Speed of Thought and a contributing author to Aspatore Books, Inside the Minds: Making Critical Technology Decisions.

Rob Chartier

VP of Engineering and Support

Rob has developed IT solutions for more than 15 years with a diverse background in both software and hardware development. He is internationally recognized as an innovative thinker and leading IT architect with frequent speaking engagements showcasing his expertise. He's been an integral part of many open forums on cutting-edge technology, including the .NET Framework and Distributed Computing.  Due to this high engagement with the local and international community, he has been awarded the Microsoft MVP status in ASP.NET for over 6 years and has been a member of the ASPInsiders since its inception.

Lee McGrath

Chief Financial Officer

Lee brings over 20 years experience in finance roles including 9 years as Chief Financial Officer at public and private companies. Prior to DotNetNuke Corp., Lee was Chief  Financial Officer at Librato, Inc., a  provider of resource management software for cloud computing and physical data center environments. Prior to Librato, Lee was Chief Financial Officer at PANTA Systems, a manufacturer of data warehouse appliances and before that was Chief Financial Officer at Versant Corporation (NASDAQ:VSNT) a database software company. Previously Lee was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Philips Electronics and Controller for Digital Link Corporation (NASDAQ:DLNK). Lee started his career at Measurex Corporation (NYSE/PSE: MX, later acquired by Honeywell) where he held various positions spanning the globe. Lee is a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, California.

Scott Willhite

Co-Founder/Director of Community Relations

Scott has architected, developed, and managed systems built on technologies ranging from COBOL to Java and .NET, solving business problems in industries from banking to healthcare. Prior to joining DotNetNuke Corp., he served as Senior Technical Architect for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), acting CTO and VP of Technology for 10x Labs, and Program Director for Safeco's Office of the CIO.  Scott holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Information Systems Management from Baylor University.

Joe Brinkman

Co-Founder/Technical Fellow

Joe brings more than 25 years of experience in software development and network administration and broad expertise in a variety of software and hardware architectures to his role at DotNetNuke Corp. He blogs at The Accidental Geek and is co-author of two best-selling WROX books on DotNetNuke. Joe holds a degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
