With nearly 13 years of experience in various technology-related roles, Steve has an extensive list of successful projects from all over North America to his credit. Prior to joining the Township of Langley, Steve managed the development team for a Vancouver-based software company where he was the chief software architect and a senior implementation consultant.

Shane Barnaby
Web Technician, Information Technology
Shane Barnaby joined the Township of Langley in January 2010 as Web Technician.  With 11 years of web application development experience for various platforms he now focuses on ASP.NET and the Microsoft stack.  Prior to joining the Township of Langley, Shane developed custom software for the manufacturing industry leveraging web technologies to create content management, online ordering, and real time reporting solutions to name a few.
