The conversion of the ClientAPI and WebControls to utilize the MS AJAX Framework along with emitting xhtml compliant markup is near completion. It is now time to start testing the backwards compatibility of the conversion. In order to adequately do this, I am asking for the communities help. If you are a skinner who uses any of the DotNetNuke webcontrols (DNNMenu, DNNTreeView, etc.) your assistance is needed. If you are a module developer who uses any portion of the ClientAPI or any of the WebControls, you assistance is also needed.
Interested in ensuring that your investment in DotNetNuke is backwards compatible? Follow the instructions in this thread.

Re: BETA TEST PROGRAM: ClientAPI/WebControls - DawnTreader and Caspian
I have submitted my request to contribute but heard nothing. Do you tell us if you don't want our help, or do I assume that no response at all means that you rather have others assist you than people like myself?

Re: BETA TEST PROGRAM: ClientAPI/WebControls - DawnTreader and Caspian
The first step outlined in the thread is to post your name and reason for applying (i.e. what you are going to test). This is for two reasons. 1) I get notified whenever someone applies (which the module doesn't do). 2) I can identify what area people plan to test. While I know you Nina are most likely going to test from a skinners perspective, please post anyways to follow the process. Thanks!

Hello Jon,
Just touching base after your presentation and our discussion at Opensource. I'm happy to help test in anyway I can.
