As of august 1st, 2009, the current official version of store is 02.01.00. The next version will be version 02.02.00. It is expected to be submitted to the release process after sumertime.

The Store module is a set of 21 Visual Studio projects. Maintaining, debugging an packaging this code base is not an easy task, and Gilles Le Pigocher has carefully studied all the methods that have been published in these blogs and forums. This is an experimental - but fonctionnal - admin panel for Store, which is entirely built upon Entity framework and Dynamic Data.
At first sight this may seem like any module you get used to with DotNetNuke. But a closer look will reveal some interesting and early technologies that are not so common.

While we are in the final reviewing stage before submitting Store v 2.2 to the release process, we've been talking a lot with my co-lead Gilles about XHTML compliancy and the TABLE tags. Will the next version of Store come without a single Table ? You can go straight to the conclusion if you can't wait for the answer.

Store has been continuously inproved in the passed years, and for every new version that has been published to dnnstore.codeplex.com, you will find a comprehensive history and list of enhancements. So I will just enphasize a few of the main changes, in this just released 02.01.36 vs the previous 'official' version.
