I spent a good majority of the holiday weekend trying to get the Wiki project upgraded to a 4.4 solution so that we can begin with the other conversion steps. I must admit defeat though. I had a horrible time trying to get Visual Studio to let me debug on Windows Vista this weekend. I read about a thousand (exaggeration) blog posts trying to get VS to properly debug on Vista but I've had no luck whatsoever. I hope to spend some more time tomorrow, possibly even late tonight, working on getting the Wiki project upgraded so that we can move towards a release sometime in the near future.

Thanks for your patience! I'll try to keep updating the blog as I go along so you guys know that we're actually working, or attempting, to work on the project.

Re: A quick Wiki Project Update

I am insterested in hearing about your experience with VS2005 and Vista; I use Win2k3 server to develop because it supports multiple websites. Althought there are a number of problems i run into, like applications that dont want to install on win server (google desktop, windows moviemaker, etc). I was told that vista supports multiple sites and was originally planning on upgrading this weekend; would you suggest against it for now?

Matt, I actually wouldn't tell you to avoid Vista. I got everything working. I'll try to do a more thorough writeup this evening if I get a chance covering what all I had to do to get things working in Vista.
