I don't have a whole lot to report on this afternoon/evening. After my session I had lunch with Paul Deitel from http://www.deitel.com/ I've helped Paul out with various DNN questions over the past year so it was great to meet face to face with the guy who wrote the first programming book I ever used (and still own as well).

After lunch I headed back to the Expo hall with hopes of winning an AT&T Tilt from the people at Developer.att.com but I wasn't fortunate enough to win one, it looks like I'll just have to buy one like everyone else. After the prizes were all given away I headed over to the DNN Corporation booth and hung out while most of it was torn down and packed up. I ended up making it to Charle Nurse's discussion on DNN Performance testing. Charles covered alot of information about the testing and improvements that were made with DNN 4.4, the large performance improvement release that was released about a year ago.

I learned something interesting in the session, in Canada instead of saying "Bottleneck" they use the word "Bootleneck". Those crazy Canadians! (It was really just a typo, but that totally sounds like it could be a Canadian word)

It's hard to believe that OpenForce is almost over, just over half a day of sessions left before the panel discussion from the DNN Corporation. I look forward to seeing more sessions tomorrow though I am planning on deviating from the OpenForce topics on the final day and attend the Windows Live development session at 9:30am.

It was great talking to more DNN users again today, please feel free to stop me at anytime tomorrow to ask me questions, I'll be wearing jeans and a black DNN corp polo if you don't know what I look like.
