I'm pleased to announce that Help module version 03.00.02 has been released and is available for download from the Help Project page. This release includes a number of bug fixes and enhancements, plus a new features.
Here's an overview of some of the new features and enhancements in this version:
New Features:
- A new button enables editors to reorder tutorials in alphabetical order for any category.
- Where the Forward and Back buttons are displayed (on tutorial pages) there is a new Page X of Y feature.
End User Enhancements:
- The length of tutorial titles can now be up to 100 characters. Previously it was limited to 50 characters
- Forward and Back buttons are now displayed at both the top and the bottom of tutorial pages. This enables users to navigate to the previous/next tutorial without having to scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- When adding or editing a tutorial a post back no longer occurs when you select categories, making it quicker to complete the task.
- The height of the Short Description text editor has been increased to accommodate the FCK Editor.
