I came up with this acronym the other day and thought I'd share it with you all.

What do you think?

Re: We dont need a LAMP we've got WISDOM :)

No its not. Its a stack starting at Windows going up. Same as LAMP which is Linux at the bottom.

I think it took up too much blog space :)

I think this is great, though it might be better to generalize the "M" to stand for "modules".

Yeah the M is for modules but the market place logo was the one I grabbed at the time.

Re: We dont need a LAMP we've got WISDOM :)

Wow! What a cool idea!!! I have to say the only thing I really don't like about DotNetNuke is its indredibly awkward name. I know this is based on PHPNuke or whatever that was, but honestly: Who wants to nuke their website or have their Website run by a Nuke??? I think it's a really bad name. But obviously, it can't be changed easily, now that it's out in the world...

BUT: Now, from now on, when somebody asks me what I'm using for my Websites, I can say "hey, I'm using WISDOM, my friend". That's totally cool! DNN's still in there technologically, but the "nuke in the name" really lost significance in that ;-)
Awesome! You made my day!!!

PS: In fact, I found this so cool that I wrote a pretty long blog entry about this new acronym and what I think about it on my site!
