Welcome to Team Members & Volunteers

In August the DotNetNuke team did some reorganizing into more functional "Community Teams" to support the needs of the project and our vast community of enthusiasts.  As the teams have been going through the exercise of organizing, setting objectives and plans and one thing has become apparent... some of our teams are understaffed!

There are two levels of involvement with our Community Teams; Volunteers and Team Members.

I'm pleased to let you know that we have two new folks joining the "Experience" team; Cuong Dang (http://www.dnngallery.net) has been working with the DotNetNuke project for many years and is the creative genius behind much of work done at Engage Software.  He is a welcome addition to the team and is taking the lead on an exciting new project that you'll be hearing more about in a few weeks.  Beatriz Oliveria (http://www.bind.pt) is a skin designer from Portugal joining the team as a volunteer!

Joining our "Forge" team is Robert Collins (http://www.brisingergroup.com) who is one of the original contributors and former lead for the Store project; joining the Forge team as a volunteer is Oliver Hine (http://www.oliverhine.com), a longstanding member of the community and welcome contributor!

In the coming weeks you can expect to see a lot more information about the DotNetNuke Community Teams, what they are up to and how you can get involved.  Right now about half of them are prepping for OpenForce, Europe! and the other half are working on projects in anticipation of Open Force Connections, Las Vegas

Welcome!  And thank you for your support and contribution to the DotNetNuke Open Source Project and the Community!
