DNNProductsI’m pleased to announce that DotNetNuke 6.1.2 and 5.6.6 are officially released. These maintenance releases contain several updates which further emphasizes our commitment to security and overall quality of DotNetNuke 6.  We will continue to release maintenance updates as needed while we continue to see more users make the transition from older versions of DotNetNuke.

As a reminder, we are in the process of doing some housekeeping in our bug tracking system.  I encourage you to take a few minutes to read the message on the main page of support.dotnetnuke.com.  Moving forward, the Quality Assurance and Product Management teams will be more proactive in responding to submitted issues.  If an issue you submitted was closed and you feel it is still valid for DotNetNuke 6 please don’t hesitate to reopen the issue with additional comments.

Re: DotNetNuke 6.1.2/5.6.6 Released

Hi Stephan,
We had a packaging problem with the 5.6.6 files that was uncovered shortly after the files were posted. The files were immediately removed so the packages could be rebuilt. We also needed additional time to verify the correct packages again. The updated packages will be available today. Thanks for your patience.

Re: DotNetNuke 6.1.2/5.6.6 Released

You guys are pretty fast lately, bringing new releases to the audience at this frequency. Thumbs up for that.

Just recently finished my test-upgrade-procedure from DNN 5.2.3 to 6.1.1. Will now try the same procedure (with the now documented fixes) with 6.1.2. Shouldn't pop up new migration issues in this case, I figure ;-)

Hopefully our organisation's live-environment can then be upgraded soon, after it has also been tested by a few regular users.
