Look at putting your text into a Div tag i.e.

  <DIV style="OVERFLOW: auto; WIDTH: 300px; HEIGHT: 180px" >Lorem
   ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Fusce rhoncus tempus justo.
   Duis ac sapien. Donec non enim vitae leo sollicitudin feugiat. Morbi nisi.
   Vivamus non libero non velit consectetuer ullamcorper. Vivamus eget sapien vel
   dolor lobortis condimentum. Curabitur convallis tincidunt eros. Suspendisse
   potenti. Vestibulum ante ipsum primis in faucibus orci luctus et ultrices
   posuere cubilia Curae; Etiam velit est, pretium vel, porta vitae, lacinia in,
   urna. Sed et nisi vitae felis tempus sodales. Etiam diam. Nam nisl mauris,
   lobortis vehicula, pellentesque sed, dapibus sollicitudin, massa. Curabitur
   lacinia tortor eu turpis. Cras congue felis.
  </DIV>
