Same here, upgrade 4.9.4 to 5.1.1, same errors in 5.0.0.log, so what to do?

Most if not all of the errors are resolved with DNN 5.1.1 which is available to download.

We encountered the same issue when upgrading from 4.9.5 to 5.6.1. The problem seems to start upgrade process from more than one at the same time. In our case google bot initiated upgrade process for a few seconds before us.:-)

Solution is simple.. before upgrade process, change the value of web.config file from <add key="AutoUpgrade" value="true" />  to <add key="AutoUpgrade" value="false" />  and then to start the upgrade process manually go to eg. "http://www.yoursite.com.tr/Install/Install.aspx?mode=upgrade"
