please review content of files
  /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/04.07.00.log  and
  /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/04.09.00.log

I have this content.....

the file /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/04.07.00.log is

Error: Could not find file 'D:\wwwroot\DNN\WebSite\DotNetNuke.config'.

the file /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/04.09.00.log is:

Error: Could not find file 'D:\wwwroot\DNN\WebSite\DotNetNuke.config'.

 

Very strange from what is wrong?

is the missing file present and only permission not granted for "Network Service"?

the file is missing
But as is possible ... just for these 2 item?
how can I fix?
