Is this the Gallery module, or which? Can you post the contents of the Event Log entry for the error?

It's happening on the HTML module and the Forum module.  Here's the event viewer for the last time the error happened before I figured out to disable the print feature.  Sensitive stuff like userids have been removed.

It even happens on the event viewer.   It appears to happen on any module that has the "allow print" option in the "page settings" section turned on.

Can you share your resolution for the HTML module upgrade failure?  I had the same problem:

Installing Package File HTML_Community_05.01.03_Install:  Error!

It looks like this has been reported.  I experienced it as well. http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=10706&PROJID=2
