Hi I am trying to isntall DNN 4.x following this article

when i browse install.aspx i get the below error 

THIS SITE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

the below is my connection string in web.config

could you guide me where i am i going wrong

hi kumar - 

If you've got visual studio (pro or express) then I'd recommend just downloading and installing the Visual Studio Starter kit and kicking it off by just doing a cntrl-f5 - then during the install process you can point to your sql server instance and be ready to go.

I think you can also easily run it if using Web Matrix too. 

While Mitchel's post is relevant, it's old and we've come so far to get you up and running w/ DotNetNuke as painless/simple as possible.

Why are you trying to install such an old version?
try "server=" instead of "datasource=" and make sure you enabled TCP/IP for both, server and client.
