I just wanted to post an update to this thread, to indicate that I was able to successfully resolve the issue of where I was unable to add/delete/modify page settings.

  1. I activated the site OFFLINE file, to remove my site from the public
  2. I re-uploaded the "UNLOCKED" version of the 6.1.2 "Upgrade".
  3. I put the site back online.
  4. I immediately visited "http://woodsborovfc.org/install/install.aspx?mode=upgrade"
  5. It took a minute for the above page to finally load, but nothing appeared on the screen.
  6. After the page finished loading, I visited my home page, and logged in.
  7. To my surprise, I was then able to add/delete/modify page settings.

I'm still having issues w/ the "registration" fields aligning... acting funky when I visit the page in Internet Explorer. Visit the link below to see what I mean (seems to show fine in Fire Fox):

If it is a style sheet issue, where exactly would I look; I'm not sure?

The issue is related to the used Quirks modus by the skin.  It looks as the skin is designed to work with old browsers. Changing the Doctype could help.
