Hello,

Shot in the dark here...running 5.4.4 and I have a growing list of users this morning that cant login. Portal claiming that 'Login Failed. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive'. However, i know the credentials are correct and its only happening on a very small minority of members. Others work just fine.

Nothing notable in the event log.

I have checked authorized, locked out flags...seem ok.

Anyone seen anything like this or have any suggestions?

When this happens to my users I ask them to clean the browser cache and cookies. It almost always the issue.
