I have a friend/customer that has a couple of computers that, due to their location, does not have access to the hard-wire type landline internet connection, so therefore, they have to use a Sprint Wireless device for their internet service. The problem is that they have two computers that are on this device and they both have the same problem. When they go to a DNN site, anywhere in in the site where there is a dropdown menu, the menu shows as a bullet list instead of collapsed as the menu should be displayed. I went to several DNN sites including DNN.com and the problem seems to only be with DNN sites.
I navigated to several other sites for different subjects and the problem does not exist unless the site is a DNN site. Yahoo, You Tube, Nascar.com, Insurance websites, Car dealer sites, none of those do this unless they are DNN sites.
Has anyone ever heard of this and if so, is there a setting on their computers that may need adjusting? I checked their computer internet settings and teh Javascript is turned on.  I don't believe that it's a setting in the sites, simply because it's only one person's computer that does this.

 Thanks, Jeff...

most likely the browser is not supporting JavaScript

Is there a way to fix this? The customer is happy with the and work I've done, and he understands that it's his computer only, but it still needs to be corrected.

 As always, Thanks Sebastian,,

I'd try using a different menu, e.g. free Watchers.Net ModuleActionsMenu (http://dnnmoduleactions.codeplex.com/)

The problem with that is, it's not just the sites that I am affiliated with, it's any Dotnetnuke site. Dotnetnuke.com does the same thing on his computer.
